Dr. To Siu Ming is an Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests include youth development and empowerment, parenting and parent empowerment, existential-narrative approaches, data-informed practice, and programme evaluation. He has published more than 80 international refereed journal articles, and is the Co-editor of the Asia Pacific Journal of Social Work & Development, as well as an editorial member of several international journals. He has also been serving as a service committee member of several social service agencies in Hong Kong. Besides research and teaching, he has also been providing family education, life education, service-learning, and professional training for social workers, teachers, parents, and young people.

陶兆銘博士現為香港中文大學社會工作學系副教授，其研究興趣包括青年發展與青年培力、家長教育和家長培力、存在-敘事取向、數據為本實踐以及方案評估，曾於國際期刊發表八十多篇學術論文，並為Asia Pacific Journal of Social Work & Development的協同編輯，以及數份國際期刊的編輯委員會成員。另外，他也是數間香港社會服務機構的服務委員會委員。除教學和研究工作外，他一直為社工、老師、家長和青少年提供家庭教育、生命教育、服務學習及專業培訓。
